Navigate to the folder where you want to store the exported user profile or create. Dragon’s medical library is equipped with over 90 medical specialties, making transcription a breeze. Click the Advanced button and select Export. Select the User Profile in the list that you want to export.

This is the first time I put it on a laptop and would you not know I got that blue screen either during training or if I made it through the training it would crash after a sentence or two of dictation. I've not tried that specific combination, but in theory it seems very similar to using the PowerMic II with Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional 12 which I have tried.

I spent a fortune on two copies of the software and had been using Dragon for years on all my towers. If you are going to use the PowerMic II with Dragon Medical 10.1, you can probably make the buttons operational by using the Speechware Octopus USB Controller software. Thank God for this website’s postings about Dragon naturally speaking preferred. I simply disabled the background noise button and now it works perfectly so far. Just speak naturally and watch your words appear on your computer screen.
While the Mic is connected and registered with the remote VM, everything works great The next day the user will come into his office, use the terminal for a few minutes (not using Dragon, but Mic is plugged in to USB and connected to VM), then. I just want everyone to know on this website that I am dictating this from Dragon naturally speaking preferred version number nine that I bought several years ago and gave up trying to get it to function on my ASUS laptop with that chipset and soundcard. We are using the Nuance PowerMicII with Dragon Naturally Speaking 10.1 Medical.
